Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in Missouri
Phase I Environmental Assessments (ESAs) are crucial preliminary investigations conducted to evaluate the environmental condition of a property. These assessments are typically performed by qualified professionals to identify potential environmental hazards or contamination. In Missouri, ESAs include a historical review, site inspection, and interviews with relevant parties.
